Delete my data

You can ask Flormar to delete the personal data it holds about you: your name, mobile number, address and your conversations with it.

Records the law requires the shop to keep, such as invoices, stay.

The deletion runs 7 days after your request, and then you are signed out on every device.

Verify your number first

We check that the number is yours before asking for anything linked to it to be deleted.

We will send a 6-digit code to this number on WhatsApp, or by text message if WhatsApp fails. Flormar uses your number only to check that it is yours.
